I love this story, Jenise. We're told never to give our passwords to anyone. I'd be reluctant, even if I had called tech support! I'm with the caller on this, though I'm always polite to customer service and techs. They take a lot of undeserved abuse.

Yes, I agree with you, Dascha. And, Bluehost uses a very secure method to validate me as their customer when I call; they never ask me for my password.

But, many staff in all call centers do still receive calls from "difficult" customers. The staff are not allowed to hang up on a customer, but I hope my story is cathartic for them, because they sure would like to some times. 😁
